Each order is packaged in branded jewellery packaging with the PEARLS&GIRLS logo. The gift wrapping service in a velvet pouch with the PEARLS&GIRLS logo is available for an additional fee of 3.95 EUR, so please select this when placing your order.
returns
As PEARLS&GIRLS we pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and our excellence in customer service, so we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you have any concerns or change your mind about your purchase, you can send back unworn goods within 28 days and we will exchange or refund you. We will only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To make a return, please let us know at sales@pearlsandgirls.com
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or rejected. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.
